Export Packaging
Five-layer cartons, foam corners and wooden crates designed to protect furniture during long sea voyages.
Export Packaging
Furniture damaged in transit costs time and money. Oakline designs export packaging for each product so it arrives ready to sell. Standard packing uses five-layer corrugated cartons, EPE foam, cardboard corner protectors and moisture-proof film.
Fragile items such as stone tabletops and glass shelves travel in fumigation-free plywood crates. For e-commerce brands, we offer knock-down designs and parcel-friendly cartons that pass ISTA 3A drop tests. Every carton can carry your logo, barcode, shipping marks and assembly instructions in your chosen language.
- Five-layer export cartons with corner protection
- ISTA 3A tested packaging for online retail
- Custom printed cartons and barcode labels
Our packing engineers also optimize carton sizes to fit more pieces into each 40HQ container, lowering your landed cost per unit. Packing details are confirmed with you during sampling, so bulk cartons match the approved specification.
Packed to arrive in perfect condition
