What is the MOQ for Oakline furniture orders?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model, and you can combine several models in one container.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Catalog samples are ready in 7 to 10 days and ship by express courier.
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production takes 25 to 35 days after deposit and pre-production sample approval.
Do you offer OEM and ODM customization?
Yes. We build to your drawings or adapt our designs, with private label packaging available.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
Which trade terms and currencies do you quote in?
We quote FOB Shenzhen by default and CIF on request, in USD or EUR.
How do you ship furniture orders overseas?
Most orders ship by sea from Shenzhen in full or mixed containers, with LCL available for smaller orders.
How is furniture packed to prevent transit damage?
Every item is wrapped, corner protected and packed in 5-ply export cartons that pass drop testing.
What warranty do you offer on Oakline furniture?
All Oakline furniture carries a 5-year warranty on structural parts.
How do you handle after-sales claims and returns?
Email photos and your order number within 30 days, and our after-sales team replies within 24 hours.
