Hotel Suite Lounge and Workspace Set

Suites need furniture that supports both relaxing and working. For a 5-star city hotel with 36 suites, Oakline supplied a lounge and workspace set that brings residential comfort into a compact floor plan.

Key pieces

• Three-seat sofa with sleeper option in performance velvet
• Round oak coffee table and side tables in matte lacquer
• Dining table for four with upholstered chairs
• Executive desk with hidden cable management and power module

Our engineers worked from the interior designer's drawings to adjust dimensions to each suite type, producing 3 layout variations without increasing the per-item MOQ. Fabrics were tested to 60,000 Martindale rubs and the local fire standard.

The set was shipped CIF in 4 containers with room-by-room labeling, which helped the installation team finish the suites in 6 days.
