Business Hotel Guest Rooms and Terrace in Dubai

A hotel management company opening a 220-key business hotel in Dubai Business Bay needed bedroom furniture for all guest rooms and dining furniture for a 400 m² outdoor terrace. The opening date was fixed, leaving 10 weeks from purchase order to installation.

Every room received an Urban Loft Platform Bed (OAKLINE-FUR301) with a powder-coated steel frame and slatted base, 220 units in total, sized for king mattresses in 180 rooms and queen mattresses in 40 rooms. The terrace was furnished with 48 Coastal Teak Outdoor Dining Sets (OAKLINE-FUR502) with marine-grade stainless fittings, chosen to handle summer temperatures above 45°C.
