A property management company running a 32-storey Grade A office tower in Singapore's Raffles Place upgraded its ground-floor lobby and 3 sky-level tenant lounges to compete for new tenants. The brief asked for hotel-style lounge seating that could take heavy daily use.

The lobby received 56 Nordic Oak 3-Seater Sofas (OAKLINE-FUR101) arranged in 14 seating clusters, upholstered in a stain-resistant performance fabric rated at 100,000 Martindale rubs. The tenant lounges were fitted with 30 Nordic Oak L-Shaped Sectional Sofas (OAKLINE-FUR102) in left and right configurations to frame the window bays.
