Incoming Material Inspection

Every batch of timber, fabric, foam and hardware is checked before it enters production.

Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming Material Inspection

Quality starts with materials. Under our ISO 9001 system, Oakline's incoming quality control team inspects every delivery of timber, board, fabric, leather, foam and hardware before it is released to the production floor.

Timber is checked with moisture meters and graded for knots and cracks. Fabrics are tested for color against approved standards, foams are weighed to confirm density, and hardware is sampled for dimensions and finish. Materials that fail are quarantined and returned to the supplier, and results are recorded so we can trace any issue back to its source.

  • Moisture check on 100% of timber batches
  • Foam density and fabric color verified per lot
  • FSC and CARB P2 documents checked on arrival

This early control reduces rework during production and helps us deliver bulk orders on schedule within 25-35 days.
