Pre-Shipment Inspection and Testing
Before any container is loaded, Oakline's QC team carries out a final inspection based on AQL 2.5 sampling. Inspectors compare finished goods against the sealed golden sample, checking dimensions, finish, upholstery, function and labeling.
Selected units are tested for stability and load, with office chairs and desks checked to BIFMA methods. Packaging receives a drop test to confirm that cartons and corner protectors can survive sea freight and warehouse handling. You receive a photo and video report within 24 hours, and third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or your own team is welcome.
