Which trade terms and currencies do you quote in?
We quote FOB Shenzhen by default and can also provide CIF prices to your destination port.
FOB Shenzhen
Under FOB, we deliver export-cleared goods onto the vessel nominated by your forwarder at Shenzhen, usually through Yantian or Shekou. Export customs clearance and all charges up to loading are included in our price.
CIF
Under CIF, we book ocean freight and cargo insurance to your named port, which suits buyers without a forwarder in China. Destination charges, import duty and inland delivery remain the buyer's responsibility.
Currencies and Validity
Prices are quoted in USD by default, with EUR available on request. Quotes are valid for 30 days because timber and freight costs change. Each quote lists unit price, carton size, CBM and container loading quantity, so you can compare landed costs across suppliers.

Every item is wrapped, corner protected and packed in 5-ply export cartons that pass drop testing.

All Oakline furniture carries a 5-year warranty on structural parts.

Yes. We build to your drawings or adapt our designs, with private label packaging available.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
How do you handle after-sales claims and returns?
Email photos and your order number within 30 days, and our after-sales team replies within 24 hours.
How do you ship furniture orders overseas?
Most orders ship by sea from Shenzhen in full or mixed containers, with LCL available for smaller orders.
