How It Works
Send us a sketch, reference photo or CAD file. Our design team returns technical drawings within 3 working days, then we build a sample in 7 to 10 days for your approval. Custom orders follow the standard MOQ of 50 pieces per model and a bulk lead time of 25 to 35 days. All designs are kept confidential, and we can sign an NDA before you share drawings. Our materials meet FSC and CARB P2 requirements, so custom pieces are ready for markets with strict compliance rules.

Most orders ship by sea from Shenzhen in full or mixed containers, with LCL available for smaller orders.

Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model, and you can combine several models in one container.

Every item is wrapped, corner protected and packed in 5-ply export cartons that pass drop testing.
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk production takes 25 to 35 days after deposit and pre-production sample approval.
How do you handle after-sales claims and returns?
Email photos and your order number within 30 days, and our after-sales team replies within 24 hours.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
