Every item is packed to withstand a 35-day ocean voyage and multiple handling points. Upholstered pieces are wrapped in PE film and pearl cotton, corners are protected with EPE foam blocks, and all items go into 5-ply export cartons.
Packing Standards
- Knock-down designs are flat-packed to reduce CBM and freight cost
- Each carton passes a drop test from 76 cm on corners, edges and faces
- Hardware kits are bagged, labeled and fixed inside the main carton
- Cartons carry shipping marks, SKU and barcode labels in your format
Inspection Before Loading
Our QC team checks the packing on every order before loading, and third-party inspections such as SGS or Bureau Veritas are welcome. If any item arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the parts or credit the value against your next order.
