All Oakline furniture comes with a 5-year warranty on structural parts, including solid wood frames, steel frames, joints and welded connections. The warranty starts on the bill of lading date and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use.
Coverage Periods
- Structural frames and joints: 5 years
- Springs, foam and mechanisms: 2 years
- Fabric, leather and surface finishes: 1 year
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse or improper assembly, exposure to direct sun or moisture beyond the care guide, or changes made by third parties. Natural variations in wood grain and color are not defects. Our products are made under ISO 9001 quality control and tested to BIFMA standards where applicable, which allows us to back every frame for 5 years.

Bulk production takes 25 to 35 days after deposit and pre-production sample approval.

We quote FOB Shenzhen by default and CIF on request, in USD or EUR.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a 30% deposit and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
