Professional Design and Build Services Grade A Teak
Premium heartwood for outdoor living
Grade A Teak
Heartwood teak with high natural oil content, the core material of our Coastal Teak Series for resorts and terraces.
Grade A Teak
Teak is the benchmark for outdoor furniture because its natural oils protect the wood from rain, sun and insects. Oakline uses Grade A heartwood teak from FSC-certified plantations for the Coastal Teak Series, including lounge chairs, dining sets and sun loungers.
Grade A teak has a tight, even grain and a golden honey color with almost no sapwood. We kiln-dry the timber to 10-12% moisture and use stainless steel 304 fasteners throughout, so joints stay strong in salty coastal air. Left untreated, teak weathers to a silver-gray patina; a teak sealer keeps the original tone.
- FSC-certified plantation teak
- Stainless steel 304 hardware
- Mortise and tenon joints with marine-grade glue
Coastal Teak Series pieces are made to order from 50 units per style, with bulk lead times of 25-35 days after sample approval.
