Powder-Coated Steel Frames

Steel gives industrial and office furniture its clean lines and strength. Oakline cuts and bends cold-rolled steel tube in-house, then joins parts on robotic welding cells for consistent seams across every unit in an order.

Frames go through a seven-stage pretreatment line before electrostatic powder coating at 200°C. The result is a 60-80 micron finish that resists chipping and passes a 500-hour salt spray test. Standard colors include matte black, graphite, warm white and bronze, and custom RAL colors are available from 50 pieces per style.
