Guides

Launching a private-label furniture line is easier when you know what to prepare. At Oakline, a typical OEM order moves through five stages: brief, quotation, sampling, bulk production and shipping.

What to prepare

  • Drawings or reference photos with key dimensions
  • Target materials, finishes and fabric codes
  • Estimated quantity per item, starting from our MOQ of 50 pieces
  • Your branding, labeling and packaging requirements

Once the quotation is confirmed, we produce samples in 7–10 days. After you approve the sample, bulk production takes 25–35 days depending on quantity and finish. Payment terms are 30 percent deposit and 70 percent against a copy of the bill of lading.

We ship FOB Shenzhen or CIF to your port, and every structural component carries a 5-year warranty. Send us your brief and our engineering team will reply with a feasibility review and quotation within 48 hours.
