Oakline Furniture has completed the installation of a new automated finishing line at our 42,000 m² factory in Shunde, Foshan. The line combines robotic spraying, UV curing and a water-based lacquer system, raising daily finishing capacity by 30 percent.

For hospitality and contract buyers, the upgrade means more predictable schedules. Standard bulk orders remain within our 25–35 day window, and large hotel packages of 300 rooms or more can now be split into two finishing shifts without extending delivery. Samples are still delivered in 7–10 days.

What changes for customers

  • More consistent color matching across batches of 1,000+ pieces
  • Lower VOC emissions in line with CARB P2 requirements
  • Faster turnaround on custom stain colors for OEM / ODM programs
