Grace Liu

Grace Liu joined Oakline Furniture in 2012 as a production planner and became Operations Director in 2018. She now coordinates purchasing, production scheduling, warehousing and logistics across our 42,000 m² factory in Shunde.

Grace introduced the weekly order review that links the sales team with every production line. Since 2019 this system has kept on-time shipment above 96 percent while annual output grew to 120,000 pieces. She also manages relationships with 85 timber, fabric and hardware suppliers, including FSC-certified oak and teak sources.

For buyers, Grace is the person who confirms realistic delivery dates for complex mixed-container orders and hospitality fit-outs with staged deliveries.
