Anna Petrova joined Oakline Furniture in 2018 and leads our after-sales service team of 5 specialists. She handles warranty claims, spare parts, assembly questions and transport damage reports for customers in 60+ countries.

Anna set up a claim process that answers every case within 48 hours. Customers send photos and order numbers, and her team arranges replacement parts with the next shipment or by courier. Our 5-year structural warranty covers frames, joints and load-bearing parts, and in 2023 the team closed 97 percent of claims within 10 working days.

Anna also shares claim data with the QC and R&D teams each month so that recurring issues are fixed at the source.
