Lucas Becker

Lucas Becker joined Oakline Furniture in 2019 as Lean Manufacturing Supervisor after 5 years with an upholstered furniture maker in Bavaria. He focuses on the sofa, sectional and bed workshops, where cutting, sewing and upholstery need tight coordination.

Lucas introduced cell-based upholstery lines and digital fabric nesting in 2020. Fabric waste dropped from 14 percent to 9 percent, and output per upholstery worker rose by 18 percent without extra overtime. He also trains 40 team leaders a year in 5S and standard work methods.

Lucas supports German and Austrian buyers during factory audits and explains our processes in their language.
