Michael Wang
Michael Wang has been Production Manager at Oakline Furniture since 2013. He oversees 6 workshops covering wood machining, CNC, upholstery, finishing, assembly and packing, with a team of 260 production staff.
Michael plans capacity line by line to deliver 120,000 pieces per year and keep bulk orders within 25 to 35 days. In 2021 he introduced a UV finishing line and an automatic edge-banding line that cut finishing time per dining table by 30 percent.
He works closely with the QC team to run in-line inspections at every workshop and to keep production aligned with ISO 9001 and BSCI requirements. Buyers visiting the factory usually tour the floor with Michael.
