All-Day Dining Restaurant Concept
Hotel restaurants work three shifts a day, so the furniture must handle heavy use and quick resets. This 120-seat concept uses Nordic Oak Series dining tables and chairs arranged in two-seat, four-seat and six-seat groups that staff can reconfigure in under 15 minutes.
Chairs have solid oak frames with mortise-and-tenon joints and corner blocks, tested to 100,000 load cycles. Table tops use 25 mm oak veneer over plywood with a stain-resistant polyurethane finish that tolerates daily cleaning.

- 24 two-seat tables for breakfast service
- 12 four-seat tables and 6 six-seat tables
- 18 m of upholstered banquette along the wall
The concept has been used in hotels in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. Standard lead time is 30 days for up to 500 chairs.
