Compact Urban Apartment Bedroom
City apartments often give the bedroom only 11 to 13 m², so every piece has to earn its footprint. This concept shows how an Urban Loft Series queen bed with a powder-coated steel frame and oak veneer headboard fits a 12 m² room while leaving 700 mm of clearance on each side.
The bed includes two gas-lift storage drawers with 180 liters of capacity, removing the need for a separate dresser. A wall-mounted oak shelf and slim bedside table complete the set.
Specifications
- Bed size: 1,600 x 2,000 mm mattress area
- Frame: 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel, matte black powder coat
- Headboard: E0 grade board with natural oak veneer
The concept has since been adopted by 3 developers in Singapore and Sydney, with a combined 640 units delivered. Sample lead time was 8 days and bulk orders shipped within 28 days.
