Madrid Coworking Office Fit-Out
This video follows a coworking fit-out in Madrid, where we supplied 680 workstations, 120 height-adjustable desks, 900 task chairs and lounge seating across four floors. The project was delivered in two phases to match the building's opening schedule.
Desks and chairs came from our Urban Loft Series, with custom top sizes and a brand-matched frame color developed for the client. Every chair model carried a BIFMA X5.1 test report, and all panels met CARB P2 emission limits. Goods were shipped FOB Shenzhen in nine containers and installed by the client's local contractor using our assembly manuals.
