Solid Oak Dining Table Production Line

This video follows a Nordic Oak Series dining table through the production line, from rough board to packed carton. The process takes about four working days per batch and runs on the same line that produces up to 1,800 tables a month.

Highlights include five-axis CNC shaping of the legs, finger-jointing and edge-gluing of the tabletop, wide-belt sanding to 240 grit, and a three-coat water-based lacquer finish cured in a dust-free booth. Each tabletop is checked for flatness within 1 mm before it moves to assembly.

For OEM buyers, the video shows where custom sizes, edge profiles and stain colors are applied in the flow. With an MOQ of 50 pieces per model, samples in 7–10 days and bulk production in 25–35 days, you can plan a new dining collection without long development cycles.
