Pre-Shipment Inspection Walkthrough
Every Oakline order passes a pre-shipment inspection before the container is sealed. This video shows our QC team working through a real inspection for a 400-piece dining chair order bound for Germany.
Inspectors pull samples according to AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects. They check dimensions against the approved drawing, finish color against the signed master sample, joint strength, carton marking and drop-test results. Any defect is photographed, logged and fixed before the batch is released.
Our quality department has 26 inspectors covering incoming materials, in-line production and final inspection, working within our ISO 9001 system. Buyers are welcome to send their own QC staff or appoint a third-party agency, and we share the full inspection report with photos within 24 hours.
