This 12-minute tour follows a single order through our 42,000 m² factory at No. 18 Lecong Avenue, Shunde District, Foshan. You will see the timber yard, the CNC cutting hall, the upholstery workshop, the finishing booths and the packing area where cartons are loaded for FOB Shenzhen shipment.
Since 2009 the plant has grown to 380 employees and an annual output of 120,000 pieces, shipped to more than 60 countries. The video shows how each department hands work to the next with barcode tracking, so buyers can follow production status from cutting to container loading.
